COVID 19 UPDATE

COME HEALTHY
If you are displaying symptoms that are congruent with Covid-19 or have come into contact with someone who does, we ask that you reschedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days. We will be relaxing our cancellation policy in order to accommodate clients who fall into this category.

COME ALONE
In order to minimize the amount of people in the salon, we ask that you arrive to your appointment alone and on time.

DISTANCING
We ask that our clients be respectful and aware of other clients and staff in the salon. We will be limiting the amount of people in our lobbies and will provide outside seating to accommodate busier times.

MASKS
Our employees will be outfitted with masks for the duration of your appointment.

DISINFECTING
We will be taking extra steps to disinfect surfaces and door handles between appointments. We will also have hand sanitizer available in multiple areas of our salon.

CANCEL

Because we reserve your appointment time especially for you, please allow us a minimum of 12 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be billed 25% of your scheduled services.  

 


NO SHOW/LATE

NO SHOW - If you completely miss your appointment without any notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of services scheduled. Appointments canceled during or after your scheduled appointment will be considered a no show.


 LATE - We understand that things come up. If you are running late, PLEASE call us as soon as possible! We schedule the necessary time needed for each service. Accommodating late arrivals can be difficult without disrupting other clients scheduled that day.  Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late, we can not guarantee your service will be performed that day and you may have to reschedule your appointment for another day.


MULTIPLE SERVICES

We will require a valid credit card to hold your appointment if:

  • Services are booked by a single individual that equal or exceed 1 hour.

  • Appointments booked for 3 or more persons by one individual. Card holder will be responsible for any persons who do not adhere to our Cancellation/No Show/Late policy.
